1. Returns Eligibility
- Unopened Products: Full returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original sealed packaging.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for replacement/refund.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products (hygiene regulations).
- Perishables (e.g., edibles).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Refund Process
- Approved Returns: Refunds issued via original payment method within 7 business days.
- Cryptocurrency Payments:
- Recommended for discreet transactions. Refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency or store credit (customer’s choice).

4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email

- Product photos (if defective).
- Reason for return.
- Await approval and shipping instructions.
- Return via approved carrier.
5. Discreet Transaction Assurance
- All packages are shipped in plain, odor-proof packaging.
- Payment discretion: Cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum) is strongly recommended to minimize financial trail visibility.
